You can request deletion of your Viziphy account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to request it and exactly what gets deleted.
How to request deletion
Viziphy doesn't yet have automatic in-app account deletion — requests are handled manually to make sure the right account is removed.
Email contact@r2q2.com from the address on your Viziphy account (or the email you signed up with), with the subject line "Delete my account."
If you're not sure which email is tied to your account, mention the approximate date you signed up and we'll help you find it.
We confirm the request and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days.
Deleting your account removes everything tied to your identity. A couple of items are either already gone by the time you ask, or kept in a form that isn't linked back to you:

Draft input text (the ideas you type in)
Never stored past the moment a draft is generated — nothing to delete
Daily generation count
Resets automatically at midnight UTC — not archived
Draft quality feedback (thumbs up/down)
Retained in anonymized form, no longer linked to your account, to help improve draft quality
Partial deletion
You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific data:
BYOK API keys can be removed instantly from the app's Settings screen.
Everything else (email, entitlement, feedback history) can be deleted on request at contact@r2q2.com without closing your account, if you'd rather keep using Viziphy anonymously afterward.
